It was a different looking event for todays final Johnston Advisory point score contest of the year. Strong onshore’s with a relentless 4-5 ft swell and a tough paddle out saw the micros, Women, U13 and U16’s crown their champs before the Opens and Masters hit the water.

In the Opens the top three weren’t here so it was a battle of the young guns and one old bloke who surfed about 6 heats straight.
