Sonny Leong took out the u13,16 double with some kids running from comp to comp, Slater Young claimed the Micros over Koru and Jasmine Gosby won the super competitive Women's with one excellent ride that Veage didnt get a pic of because he was trying to get in from the 60's final which he just claimed over Maurer.![]()
Greg Brown slammed another O45 win over Bevan Gosby and Jordan Widenstrom banked some valuable Opens points with a win over Matt Gall and Elijah Hayllar who claimed his first ever cash-Up Up and next month sees the Northies Alley Masters contest.

Some good waves at Sandon Point for the Sandon Point Teams Challenge today- it was hard getting the team organized after a 3 hr swell delay which meant Zara and Dane DeCoque had to step up suddenly after Haydo and Grace had to literally fly north-Sonny Leong got the ball rolling with a good second place in the first heat and Zara followed with another solid second place in her open womens heat-Dane surfs at 3.30- it goes all weekend so good luck to all our surfers.
